Which screen does what

Four tools. Four different jobs.

The camera tools bring the supported hardware online. BarnPilot then connects that camera to the horse, the farm team, and the monitoring experience.

01

Camera companion app

Initial hardware setup on iPhone or Android.

Use the Reolink companion app to connect the supported camera to barn Wi-Fi, confirm device access, and complete the camera's core hardware setup.

This is a Reolink tool, not the BarnPilot app.
02

Camera desktop client

Optional camera-level administration on Mac or Windows.

The Reolink desktop client can provide another way to review or administer supported camera settings during onboarding.

This is separate from the BarnPilot Command Center.
03

BarnPilot mobile apps

Camera Focus is in both iPhone and Android.

Both BarnPilot mobile apps include Camera Focus. When enabled, BarnPilot opens directly to Cameras and monitoring alerts. The full BarnPilot app remains one tap away.

Camera Focus is not iPhone-only.
04

BarnPilot desktop

The Command Center gives the wider operational view.

Use barnpilotmonitoring.com for horses, camera assignments, camera status, alerts, Watcher and Sentinel status, staff access, and the broader farm overview.

The paired mobile app remains the live camera experience.

Camera Focus

The fastest path back to the barn, on either phone.

Camera Focus changes where BarnPilot opens. Instead of starting on the full app home screen, it takes the user directly to Cameras and monitoring alerts.

  • Available in BarnPilot for iPhone
  • Available in BarnPilot for Android
  • Opens directly to Cameras and monitoring alerts
  • Keeps the full BarnPilot experience one tap away
  • Connects the camera view with Watcher, Sentinel, and assigned horses

The guided process

From powered camera to confident daily use.

We focus on the exact supported system and explain each handoff without pretending every tool is the same app.

01

Prepare the camera location.

The farm arranges safe mounting, power, suitable barn Wi-Fi, and the intended camera view.

02

Bring the camera online.

We guide the Reolink E1 Outdoor Pro through its companion mobile and desktop tools.

03

Connect BarnPilot mobile.

We walk through secure BarnPilot pairing, the right horses, live access, and monitoring settings on iPhone or Android.

04

Turn on Camera Focus.

We show both mobile apps opening directly to Cameras and monitoring alerts while keeping the full app close.

05

Review the Command Center.

We explain the desktop overview for horses, cameras, staff, alerts, Watcher, Sentinel, and operational visibility.

06

Know what happens next.

The farm team leaves with a clear understanding of the supported workflow and where to return for each task.

What BarnPilot does

We guide the supported camera's onboarding tools, BarnPilot on iPhone and Android, Camera Focus, and the desktop Command Center overview.

What remains with the farm

Camera mounting, electrical work, trenching, network cabling, structural work, and any work requiring a licensed trade remain with the farm or a qualified local professional.

Common questions

Know exactly what is supported.

Does BarnPilot formally install cameras?

No. We provide camera and software onboarding guidance. Physical installation and trade work remain with the farm or a qualified professional.

Which camera is supported?

BarnPilot currently supports the Reolink E1 Outdoor Pro for connected barn monitoring. This service does not select from a general camera catalog.

Is Camera Focus on both mobile apps?

Yes. Camera Focus is available in BarnPilot for iPhone and BarnPilot for Android. It opens directly to Cameras and monitoring alerts.

What does the desktop Command Center do?

It provides a wider operational view of horses, camera assignments, status, alerts, Watcher and Sentinel, staff access, and monitoring history.

Does desktop replace mobile live view?

No. The paired mobile app remains the live camera experience. The desktop Command Center provides secure organizational and monitoring oversight.
